Gemma Collins’ Dancing on Ice fall ’caused by Second World War airman’s ghost’February 12, 2019
GEMMA Collins’ Dancing On Ice fall was “caused by a Second World War airman’s ghost”, according to the Shaman who cleansed the ice rink for her in the days that followed.
Shaman Sue Holmes has opened up about the reasoning behind Gemma’s shock fall earlier this month.
Speaking to The Mirror, she explained that the 38-year-old reality star struggled on the show because the Dancing On Ice studio has been built on the former RAF Bovingdon base that was used by British and US pilots in the World War II.
She told the publication: “As a professional space clearing consultant, first of all I come and I sense the energies of the place.
“I asked people about the history and it had been a base during the war, an RAF base. There would have been a lot of fear.”
Focusing on the exact spot where Gemma fell, Sue cleansed the area and gave Gemma a rattle filled with crystals to help her “cleanse her own negative experience”.
The mystic continued: “There were two lines of disharmonious land energy.
“They were crossing the ice rink. They actually crossed in the very place where the fall happened. So I used crystals at the healing point to harmonise that energy.”
If disharmonious spirits were responsible for the former Towie star’s fall, it wouldn’t be her first encounter with otherworldly powers.
The self-proclaimed diva previously opened up about another spooky experience that she had in the ’80s, when a disgruntled spirit threw a box of shoes at her.
Gemma recalled the terrifying incident in her 2018 book How To Be A Diva.
Writing at the time, Gemma detailed her encounter with a ghostly spirit.
She said: “There was only one time when I was scared by what you’d call a spiritual event and that was because I sensed that there was dark energy at play.
“It sounds mad, but it was sparked by a pair of shoes.
“I was eight years old and I was in mum’s bedroom in the house we lived in at the time in a place called Rise Park. Mum was in the bathroom next door and I was sitting on her bed talking to her.
“Suddenly I felt the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. It was a really strange and unsettling feeling. I shivered a bit.
“I was facing mum’s wardrobe and the door was open. She had a few boxes neatly put away on the top shelf.
“Without warning one of them flew across the room. It didn’t fall. It was thrown.
“And it whizzed past my head and missed me by inches. It hit the wall behind me with a thud. The shock made me sit bolt upright.”
Gemma was left so traumatised by the experience that she became “hysterical”.
She continued: “For a second, I sat there with my mouth open and then I started screaming hysterically.
“Mum came running out of the bathroom to see what had happened.

“I was so shocked the words didn’t come out and in the end she had to grab me by the shoulders to try to get me to calm down.”
Despite the Shaman cleansing the Dancing On Ice rink of negative energy, Gemma’s luck on the ITV programme ran out at the weekend when she became the latest celebrity to be eliminated from the competition.
All four judges opted to send the star home after she landed in the bottom two alongside cricketer Ryan Sidebottom.
