I’m A Celebrity’s Holly Willoughby reveals she wore swimming cap on Celebrity Cyclone to stop hair turning pink

HOLLY Willoughby sported a brand new look during I’m A Celebrity spin-off show Extra Camp on Saturday night for the Celebrity Cyclone challenge – she wore a tight swimming cap to stop her hair turning pink.

The television presenter, 37, is not naturally blonde and bleaches her hair, so was concerned being doused in water as part of the game could change the colour of her hair.

Holly has stood in alongside I’m A Celeb host Dec Donnelly, 43, this year as his usual sidekick Ant McPartlin, also 43, has taken time out to address personal issues following alcohol and prescription medication issues.

And the broadcaster, who is usually a regular fixture on ITV’s This Morning, was roped into joining the Extra Camp team as they battled to win stars whilst climbing up a slanted slippery surface and had water and an array of objects, including different sized balls, fired at them.

The star left show fans crying with laughter as she got wet and wild in the Cyclone challenge.

Hilarious scenes from the episode showed the I’m A Celeb host wearing pink knickers and a cape as she braved the elements including wind, water and huge plastic balls.

She proved she’s game for a laugh when she joined the Extra Camp presenters Scarlett Moffatt, 28, Joel Dommett, 32, and Joe Swash, 36, for the tremendous final Bush Tucker trial.

The aim of the game was to capture giant yellow stars and carry them to safety, but Holly was seen holding on to them for dear life.

The beauty grappled with the stars and tried to regain her balance but was knocked off her feet multiple times.

Scarlett faired slightly better, with Joe and Joel seen up and running back to base with stars under their arms.
